The American Psychological Association (APA) hosted its annual conference at the Seattle Convention Center, drawing over 8,000 attendees from across the country. This year’s event featured a dynamic line-up of influential speakers and thought leaders in the field of psychology, with programming focused on pressing topics such as social issues, diversity and inclusion, mental health disparities, emerging research, and the role of AI in mental health care.
As the event photographer, I had the opportunity to document key moments on the two main stages, where speakers delivered impactful talks on these important subjects. The energy in the room was palpable as professionals engaged in thought-provoking discussions that are shaping the future of psychology.
The client’s request was to capture the diversity of attendees, key brand moments, and the vibrant atmosphere of the conference. The resulting photo gallery spotlights the speakers and highlights scenes from the sun-drenched atrium of the Seattle Convention Center, showcasing the unique energy and scale of the event.
