Client: HEDNA International
Location: The Fairmont Hotel, Downtown Seattle WA
Event Overview: HEDNA is an international organization of hospitality professionals from over 35 countries who manage more than one million properties. These industry experts gathered in Seattle at the Fairmont Hotel for a three day conference of speakers, networking, and social events.
My goal was to capture the spirit and energy of the event by highlighting the key speakers and participant engagement. Another goal during events is to always highlight the event sponsors. This is important so the event host can show the sponsor their visibility and encourgage sponsorship for future events.
Nityia was the perfect fit for our corporate event, in terms of both professionalism and style of work. She understood our needs with little direction and picked up on the spirit of our conference quickly once onsite. We got all the shots we were hoping for and they were turned around very quickly. In addition to a terrific lineup of engaging speakers, a few corporate sponsors hosted social events. Event sponsors were given visibility with a prominent GOBO. Whenever possible, I tried to get the GOBO logo in the background of guests in order to reinforce the power of the sponsorship. These type of event photos are important as ‘thank yous’ and valuable for engaging futre sponsorship opportunities. An event sponsor wants to see the value and exposure they receive by particpating in an event. High quality photographs from an event are valuable for this purpose.
