Seattle Conference Photographer – Event Highlights

As a Seattle conference photographer, I had the honor of photographing the 44th Annual National Society of Genetic Counselors Conference at the Seattle Convention Center. NSGC is “the leading voice of genetic counselors, advocating for their various roles, advancing the practice of genetic counseling, and fostering collaboration, education, and research to ensure equitable access to genomic healthcare.”
Registration day kicked off under bright autumn sunshine as the convention center filled with energy and anticipation. A long line of guests wrapped around the entrance, all eager for inspiring opening remarks, keynote speakers, and a full lineup of concurrent learning sessions. The ballroom quickly filled with more than 2,000 attendees creating an electric atmosphere of shared purpose and excitement.
Several of these sessions were standing room only. As someone with a personal interest in health equity, it was a genuine honor to photograph a conference so deeply committed to diversity, inclusion and innovation in healthcare.
Throughout the event, I focused on capturing the camaraderie, curiosity, and connection that naturally unfolded. From engaged discussions to meaningful networking moments, the NSGC community brought a warm, collaborative energy that made the conference a joy to photograph.
